La teneur en nicotine des sachets de nicotine et des nouveaux produits nicotiniques est limitée à un maximum de 0,048 mg par sachet ou par unité.

Das neue Gesetz zur Tabakbekämpfung ist am 1. Januar 2026 in Kraft getreten. Ziel dieses Gesetzes ist es, die Gesundheit der Bevölkerung – insbesondere von Kindern und Jugendlichen – besser zu schützen, indem der Rahmen für erhitzte Tabakprodukte, Nikotinbeutel und neue nikotinhaltige Produkte verstärkt wird.
Diese Produkte unterliegen nun denselben Regeln wie herkömmliche Zigaretten: Zusatzstoffe wie CBD oder Koffein sind verboten. Der Konsum dieser Produkte ist an allen Orten untersagt, die von Kindern und Jugendlichen frequentiert werden, wie Schulen, Spielplätzen oder anderen öffentlichen Bereichen. Darüber hinaus ist der Verkauf an Personen unter 18 Jahren strikt verboten, und es müssen klare gesundheitsbezogene Warnhinweise angebracht werden. Der Nikotingehalt von Nikotinbeuteln und neuen nikotinhaltigen Produkten ist auf maximal 0,048 mg pro Beutel oder Einheit begrenzt.

Strengthening of the legislation on tobacco and nicotine products
The new law against tobacco consumption entered into force on January 1st 2026. This law aims to better protect public health, in particular that of children and young people, by strengthening the regulation of heated tobacco products, nicotine pouches and new nicotine products.
These products are now subject to the same rules as traditional cigarettes: additives such as CBD or caffeine are prohibited. The use of these products is prohibited in all places frequented by children and young people, such as schools, playgrounds and other public spaces. In addition, the sale to persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and clear health warnings must be displayed. The nicotine content of nicotine pouches and new nicotine products is limited to a maximum of 0.048 mg per pouch or per unit.
